Class Dismissed? is a series of diverse and exciting events, scheduled for Spring 2011 through Spring of 2012, to further dialogue about socioeconomic class and to stimulate conversations that will explore and improve the “lived experience” of all members of the Bryn Mawr community.

In addition to the funded projects, there are several other events happening in the near future. Susan Mackey-Kallis will present a workshop on 3/21, just two days after the showcase. Also in March, Professor Thomas Espenshade, whose most recent book is No Longer Separate, Not Yet Equal, will give a presentation that focuses on socioeconomic class and higher education at elite colleges and universities.
